Saxon Loomis has many years of wide-ranging experience with the design and analysis of complex drainage systems. We are expert in the use of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM), culvert modeling code (HY-8, Culvert Master), two-dimensional flow modeling (FLO-2D) and others. We have developed and processed through FEMA many Letters of Map Revision (CLOMR’s and LOMR’s) and performed multiple forensic investigations following severe flood events.
